Location of Your Config File

Your Logic software’s settings are stored in a config.json file. This config file can be found in the location below.

On Windows, please note that you will need to show hidden files, folders, and drives to see your AppData folder.

On Windows 10/11:
    %APPDATA%\Logic\config.json
On MacOS:
    ~/Library/Application Support/Logic/config.json
On Linux Ubuntu:
    ~/.config/Logic/config.json

This config file also contains all of your Logic Presets that you have configured in the software. More information on Logic Presets can be found in the link below.

Capture & Preset File Management

You may want to backup your config file in case you wanted to backup all of the Logic Presets that you have created. This will also allow you to transfer all of your Logic Presets to another PC.
